At the time of writing her most popular video was a lip-sync to Soph Aspin Send performed by British singer Millie B. She released her first hit song, Build a Bitch in May 2021 under Warner Records. In May 2021 Poarch had over 66,000,000 followers on TikTok which makes her the third most followed person on the platform, just following Charli Damelio. Poarch is from the Philippines. Interviewers asked her on the H3 Podcast the way she was brought up in Manila's slums by her mother until she was 3 years old. Kenneth Taylor was an American and Eden Taylor was his wife who adopted her. She explained that for the following 10 years, she was mainly spending her time at the farm of her family and taking care of chores. Poarch is the elder of two older sisters who were adopted as well as an older brother Bryner. She moved with her family to Texas, United States when she was thirteen.
